Our Group was founded by the independent Norman cooperative, Les Maîtres Laitiers du Cotentin, which is owned by its cooperative producers. Our goal is to ensure fair remuneration for our cooperative producers, safeguarding the sustainability of their activities and enabling their transfer to future generations.
Our nationwide model is purpose-driven, as we actively support food sovereignty through the expertise of three core businesses: Producer, Processor, and Distributor.

Production
Our member producers are at the heart of the Group. They supply milk to our processing facilities and collectively commit to the sustainability of the French dairy sector.
Processing
The processing division brings together production, cutting, and maturing units located across France. These sites transform collected milk into dairy products, highlighting local expertise and regional specialties.
Distribution
The Group operates its own national distribution network: France Frais. Dedicated to catering professionals and food service, France Frais allows the sale of fresh, dry, and frozen food products throughout the country.

Chairwoman of the Cooperative & Member Producer
She leads the Board and Executive Committee meetings, maintains ongoing communication with the Executive Management, and ensures strong relationships between the cooperative and its members.
Guillaume Fortin
Chief Executive Officer
He oversees all Group activities and works closely with the Chairwoman to define and guide the overall strategy. He directs the Group’s initiatives across its various operations.
