  • Ensure the relationship between the cooperative and its members.

Leads upstream dairy projects as well as environmental and CSR matters.

Board of Directors

The directors represent all milk-producing members.

They ensure the connection between the cooperative and its members in their geographic areas and oversee compliance with cooperative principles.

The Board of Directors is the statutory body that makes the cooperative’s major decisions, including:

  • milk prices and volumes,
  • investment decisions and levels,
  • appointment of the Chief Executive Officer,
  • election of the Executive Committee and the President.

Executive Committee

The Executive Committee is the direct extension of the Board of Directors.
It is composed of seven directors: the President, two Vice Presidents, a Secretary, a Treasurer, and two members.

It prepares the files submitted to the Board of Directors and maintains ongoing communication with the Executive Management on strategic matters.
